Obiettivi formativi
Il laboratorio professionalizzante del terzo anno vuole fornire la basi per la capacità di misurare e rilevare le disfunzioni dell’apparato neuro-muscolo-scheletrico
L'insegnamento ha la finalità di far sperimentare in pratica agli studenti le principali misure di out come ed i test clinici appresi durante le lezioni teoriche.
Gli studenti sono guidati nell’applicazione delle tecniche di misurazione e nell’esecuzione dei test nei diversi distretti articolari.
The third year professional laboratory aims to provide the basis for the ability to measure and detect neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions
The aim of the course is to allow students to practice the main out-measures as well as the clinical tests learned during the theoretical lessons.
Students are guided in the application of measurement techniques and in the execution of tests in the various joint districts.

CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE
Al termine dell'insegnamento lo Studente dovrà:
- conoscere le caratteristiche del concetto di “misura in fisioterapia”;
- conoscere le principali misure di outcome (scale di valutazione, test di misura e test clinici).
- Conoscere le proprietà psicometriche delle diverse misure.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE
Al termine dell'insegnamento lo Studente dovrà:
- Saper condurre un ragionamento clinico appropriato al quadro patologico del paziente.
- Saper scegliere le misure più appropriate, valide e affidabili nei diversi contesti.
- Conoscere per ogni scala di valutazione e test:
- nome, razionale, procedura, interpretazione, proprietà psicometriche e tecnica di esecuzione.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the course the student will have to:
- know the characteristics of the concept of "measurement in physiotherapy";
- know the main outcome measures (assessment scales, measurement tests and clinical tests).
- Know the psychometric properties of the different measures.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the course the student will have to:
- Know how to conduct an appropriate clinical reasoning to the patient's pathological picture.
- Know how to choose the most appropriate, valid and reliable measures in different contexts.
- Know for each evaluation and test scale:
- name, rational, procedure, interpretation, psychometric properties and technical execution.

Il programma didattico prevede una vasta revisione della letteratura relativamente alle modalità di “misura clinica” in FT.
Verranno presi in rassegna e praticati i principali test dell’apparato neuro-muscolo-scheletrico.
The educational program includes an extensive review of the literature concerning the "clinical measurement" modality in FT.
The main tests of the neuro-musculoskeletal system will be reviewed and practiced.

Modalità di insegnamento
L'insegnamento prevederà 25 ore di lezione teorico/pratiche.
Mediante la proiezioni di slide e la revisione di articoli scientifici, verranno illustrati i fondamenti della valutazione.
Successivamente lo Studente potrà affinare la propria capacità tecnica con esercitazioni pratiche guidate dal docente.
The course will include 25 hours of theoretical / practical lessons.
Through the slide projections and the revision of scientific articles, the basics of the evaluation will be illustrated.
Subsequently, the student can refine his technical skills with practical exercises led by the teacher.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Lo Studente riceverà un giudizio di idoneità basato sulla presenza e la partecipazione in aula.
Gli argomenti trattati saranno inoltre verificati nell'esame di tirocinio del terzo anno.
The student will receive a fitness assessment based on attendance and participation in the classroom.
