Obiettivi formativi
Questo insegnamento mira a fornire agli studenti la conoscenza del contesto sanitario in cui può fornire servizi di riabilitazione. La conoscenza viene acquisita attraverso chiavi di lettura dei diversi sistemi sanitari del mondo. Con particolare attenzione a quello italiano, il corso si focalizza sul tipo di strutture pubbliche e private in cui il professionista può svolgere attività di riabilitazione specificando come sono organizzati e finanziati e le caratteristiche del rapporto di lavoro che si può instaurare con esse. In questo contesto sono anche evidenziate e discusse le scelte relative al tipo di servizi di riabilitazione inclusi nei livelli di cura e garantiti dal sistema sanitario italiano e quali continuano ad essere a pagamento del cittadino. Poiché il fisioterapista è un professionista, questo insegnamento si propone anche di chiarire quali sono le sue responsabilità etiche, penali, civili e amministrative e quali strumenti gestionali può utilizzare nell'esercizio della sua professione al fine di migliorarne l'efficacia. In tal senso l'insegnamento propone le tecniche di lettura di un report di HTa, l'utilizzo delle informazioni offerte dalle valutazioni economiche in materia di salute e dalla applicazione di test statistici.
This course aims to provide students with the knowledge of the healthcare environment in which they can provide rehabilitation services. Knowledge is acquired through reading keys of the different health systems of the world. With particular attention to the Italian one, the course focuses on the type of public and private structures in which the professional can carry out rehabilitation activities specifying how they are organized and financed and the characteristics of the work relationship that can be established with them. In this context the choices related to the type of rehabilitation services included in the levels of care and guaranteed by the Italian health system and which continue to be paid by the citizen are also highlighted and discussed. Since the physiotherapist is a professional, this teaching also proposes to clarify what are his ethical, penal, civil and administrative responsibilities and which management tools he can use in the exercise of his profession in order to improve its effectiveness. In this sense the teaching proposes the techniques for reading a HTa report, the use of the information offered by the economic evaluations in the field of health and the application of statistical tests.- Oggetto:

Gli studenti saranno in grado di:
- Analizzare i LEA e le prestazioni di riabilitazione garantite dal servizio sanitario italiano
- Utilizzare i percorsi per l'autorizzazione e l'accreditamento delle strutture erogatrici di prestazioni di riabilitazione
- Discutere i sistemi di qualità in sanità
- Utilizzare le informazioni del sistema contabile
- Utilizzare sistemi di bilancio e reporting.
- Utilizzare la valutazione della tecnologia sanitaria.
- Partecipare a una valutazione economica in sanità. Minimizzazione dei costi, costo-efficacia, costo-utilità, costo-beneficio.
- Pianificare e attuare prestazioni professionali con finalità medico legali, rinvenienti da esigenze assistenziali e giudiziarie.
- Utilizzare strumenti di valutazione adeguati alle diverse tipologie di prestazione con finalità medico-legali.
- Utilizzare i risultati delle prove statistiche.

Lo studente:
- Sarà in grado di utilizzare le chiavi di lettura dei sistemi sanitari

Lezioni frontali in aula con esercitazioni e discussione di casi (totale 48 ore - 12 ore per ogni singolo modulo);

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
La prova finale consiste in un test con domande relative a tutti i moduli che compongono l'insegnamento. Solo per il modulo di medicina legale è previsto l'orale.
Per ogni modulo sono previste domande chiuse a risposta multipla e/o aperte ciascuna con un punteggio espresso in trentesimi. Il punteggio assegnato ad ogni domanda viene comunicato prima dell'espletamento della prova.
La valutazione finale del profitto è il risultato della media dei voti in trentesimi conseguiti per i singoli moduli, ponderata in base ai CFU di ciascuno di essi.
Per gli studenti e le studentesse con DSA è possibile adattare le modalità di studio e valutazione, in base a quanto previsto dalla legge 170/2010 e dalle Linee Guida allegate al D.M. 5669/2011.Le indicazioni sono riportate sul sito di Ateneo:

For each module there are multiple-choice questions closed and/or each one open with a score expressed in thirtieths. The score assigned to each question is communicated before the test is completed.
The final evaluation of the profit is the result of the average of the thirty-plus marks obtained for the individual modules, weighted according to the CFU of each of them.
For students with DSA it is possible to adapt the study and evaluation methods, based on the provisions of law 170/2010 and the Guidelines attached to the Ministerial Decree. 5669/2011.
