Obiettivi formativi
Il laboratorio professionalizzante del secondo anno vuole fornire la basi per il trattamento dei disturbi mio-fasciali classificati clinicamente come Trigger Point.
L'insegnamento ha la finalità di far sperimentare in pratica agli studenti le tecniche di valutazione e trattamento dei TP apprese durante le lezioni teoriche.
Gli studenti sono guidati nell'individuazione dei punti di repere anatomici, nella valutazione soggettiva e oggettiva, nell’elaborazione di un ragionamento clinico e nell’applicazione delle tecniche.
The second-year professional laboratory aims to provide the basis for the treatment of my-fascial disorders classified clinically as Trigger Point.
The aim of the course is to make students practice the evaluation and treatment techniques of the TPs learned during the theoretical lessons.
Students are guided in the identification of anatomical points of reference, in subjective and objective evaluation, in the elaboration of a clinical reasoning and in the application of the techniques.

CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE
Al termine dell'insegnamento lo Studente dovrà:
- conoscere le caratteristiche cliniche dei TP;
- conoscere i principali elementi del ragionamento clinico;
- conoscere le principali tecniche di trattamento dei TP.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE
Al termine dell'insegnamento lo Studente dovrà:
- individuare e riconoscere le caratteristiche dei TP.
- Individuare i principali punti di repere ed eseguire le tecniche di base per il trattamento fisioterapico.

At the end of the course the student will have to:
- know the clinical characteristics of the TP;
- know the main elements of clinical reasoning;
- know the main treatment techniques of TP.

- identify and recognize the characteristics of the TP.
- Identify the main points of reference and perform the basic techniques for physiotherapy treatment.

Il programma didattico prevede:
- La descrizione del sistema fasciale e delle catene muscolari.
- Un ripasso della fisiologia del dolore riferito.
- La descrizione clinica dei TP.
- La descrizione degli elementi che compongono il ragionamento clinico applicato alla valutazione dei TP.
- La descrizione delle principali sindromi di dolore mio-fasciale.
- Le esercitazioni pratiche delle tecniche di valutazione e trattamento dei TP.
The educational program includes:- The description of the fascial system and of the muscle chains.
- A review of the physiology of pain referred.
- The clinical description of the TP.
- The description of the elements that make up the clinical reasoning applied to the evaluation of TP.
- The description of the main syndromes of my-fascial pain.
- The practical exercises of the evaluation and treatment techniques of TP.

Modalità di insegnamento
L'insegnamento prevederà 25 ore di lezione teorico/pratiche.
Mediante la proiezioni di slide e la visione di articoli scientifici verranno descritti i fondamenti teorici.
Successivamente lo Studente potrà affinare la propria capacità di valutazione e trattamento dei TP con esercitazioni pratiche guidate dal docente.
The course will include 25 hours of theoretical / practical lessons.
Through the slide projections and the vision of scientific articles the theoretical foundations will be described.
Subsequently, the student will be able to refine his / her ability to evaluate and treat the TP with practical exercises led by the teacher.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Lo Studente riceverà un giudizio di idoneità basato sulla presenza e la partecipazione in aula.
Gli argomenti trattati saranno inoltre verificati nell'esame di tirocinio del secondo anno.
The student will receive a fitness assessment based on attendance and participation in the classroom.
