Oggetto:

Approfondire le conoscenze e competenze nel campo degli ausili , ortesi e protesi, e in particolare:

Conoscerne le principali tipologie in commercio.
Essere in grado di individuare e proporre gli ausili e ortesi più idonei in relazione alla disabilità
Saper addestrare all'utilizzo
Saper utilizzare ausili, ortesi e protesi come parte integrante al trattamento riabilitativo
Saper disegnare e costruire alcune ortesi della mano
Comprendere il ruolo della Terapia Occupazionale nelle disabilità motorie

Conoscere le tecniche del massaggio tradizionale, le relative indicazioni e controindicazioni cliniche, e in particolare:

conoscere gli effetti locali e sistemici delle tecniche massoterapiche classiche e reflessogene;
essere in grado di utilizzare le tecniche nell'ambito di un programma di trattamento
individuare possibili associazioni con tecniche chinesiterapiche o strumentali e corrette sequenze di utilizzo all' interno della seduta di trattamento
conoscere le manovre e saperle applicare correttamente.

Conoscere le tecniche di linfodrenaggio manuale e strumentale, e in particolare:

conoscere relative indicazioni e controindicazioni cliniche, con particolare riferimento al campo oncologico
conoscere le tipologie complementari di trattamento del linfedema
conoscere le principali manovre di linfodrenaggio secondo Vodder e saperle applicare correttamente
Conoscere le tecniche del bendaggio vascolare, funzionale e multistrato
Conoscere le tecniche del massaggio miofasciale e le principali mappature
Conoscere le principali problematiche sul mal di schiena e gli approcci riabilitativi con tecniche complementari al massaggio

To deepen the knowledge and skills in the field of aids, orthoses and prostheses, and in particular:

To know the main types on the market.
To be able to identify and propose the most suitable aids and orthoses in relation to disability
To know how to train for use
To know how to use aids, orthoses and prostheses as an integral part of rehabilitation treatment
To know how to draw and build some hand orthoses
To understand the role of Occupational Therapy in motor disabilities

To know the techniques of traditional massage, the relative indications and clinical contraindications, and in particular:

To know the local and systemic effects of classical and reflexogenic massotherapy techniques;
To be able to use the techniques within a treatment program
To identify possible associations with kinesitherapic or instrumental techniques and correct sequences of use within the treatment session
To know the maneuvers and know how to apply them correctly.

To know the manual and instrumental lymphatic drainage techniques, and in particular:

to know relative clinical indications and contraindications, with particular reference to the oncological field
to know the complementary types of lymphedema treatment
to know the main lymphatic drainage maneuvers according to Vodder and know how to apply them correctly
to know the techniques of vascular, functional and multilayer bandage
to know the techniques of myofascial massage and the main mappings
to know the main problems concerning back pain and rehabilitative approaches with complementary massage techniques
